Brownie Oatmeal with Banana Nice Cream!



  • 1 cup Milk 2.0 pure milk

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 cup applesauce

  • 2 tbsp sweetener of choice

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Banana Ice Cream

  • 2 ripe bananas (frozen)

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • Dash of Milk 2.0 Pure milk

  • optional toppings: chocolate chips, melted chocolate, caramel sauce, nuts, etc



  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C

  2. Combine all brownie base ingredients. Adjust sweetness and chocolateness to taste and add salt of desired. Add in optional ingredients (chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, seeds etc.)

  3. Split the mixture in two and bake in two small ramequins for 20 minutes until the top has set. Remove from the oven.

  4. Prepare the banana ice cream by transferring the frozen bananas into a food processor. Add the vanilla extract and Milk 2.0 pure milk until desired consistency is reached. Adjust sweetness to taste.

  5. Serve the banana ice cream into the ramequins and add desired toppings

  6. Enjoy this indulgent hot and cold breakfast!
