Vegan Ice Cream


  • 1 cup chocco milk

  • ¼ cup peanut butter

  • ⅓ cup sweetener of choice

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ⅔ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder


  1. Option 1:Whisk all ingredients. Pour mixture into the ice cream maker and churn.

  2. Option 2: Whisk the ingredients. Pour the whisked ingredients into ice cube trays. Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight. Blend the frozen cubes until smooth, using the tamper to assist the blending process.

  3. Serve in ice cream cones and enjoy!
