Granola featuring Pure Milk
1 ½ cup coats
1 ¾ cup raw nuts and seeds of choice
2 tbsp sweetener of choice
Pinch of sea salt
4 Tbsp coconut oil or other vegetable oil (melted)
¼ maple syrup
½ cup desiccated coconut
Fruit and Milk 2.0 to serve
Preheat the oven to 170 C
Add all dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
Add the coconut or vegetable oil to a small saucepan, add maple syrup. Warm over medium heat, whisky frequently.
Immediately pour the oil and sugar mixture over the dry ingredients until well coated.
Arrange the granola on a baking sheet and spread the mixture until it is even.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir in the dessicated coconut/coconut flakes. Toss the granola and bake for a further 5 minutes.
Let the granola cool down completely. Add the strawberries or other fruit if desired. Top with Milk 2.0 and enjoy!
