Granola featuring Pure Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup coats

  • 1 ¾ cup raw nuts and seeds of choice

  • 2 tbsp sweetener of choice

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 4 Tbsp coconut oil or other vegetable oil (melted)

  • ¼ maple syrup

  • ½ cup desiccated coconut

  • Fruit and Milk 2.0 to serve

Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 C

  2. Add all dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.

  3. Add the coconut or vegetable oil to a small saucepan, add maple syrup. Warm over medium heat, whisky frequently.

  4. Immediately pour the oil and sugar mixture over the dry ingredients until well coated.

  5. Arrange the granola on a baking sheet and spread the mixture until it is even.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir in the dessicated coconut/coconut flakes. Toss the granola and bake for a further 5 minutes.

  7. Let the granola cool down completely. Add the strawberries or other fruit if desired. Top with Milk 2.0 and enjoy!
