Vegan choco chip cookie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour (oats can be blended in Nutribullet)

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup sugar of choice

  • ¼ cup vegan dark chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsp Milk 2.0 Pure milk

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • ¼ or ½ tsp vanilla extract (to taste)

Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cover mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours

  2. Preheat oven to 175 c. Form dough ball with mixture and bake for 10-12 minutes.

  3. Remove cookies from oven and let cool on a rack.

  4. Enjoy warm with a tall glass of Milk 2.0 Pure milk!
