Vegan Chocolate Pots

Ingredients (only 3!)

  • 150g dark chocolate

  • 1 cup Milk 2.0 Chocco milk

  • ¾ water

  • 1 cup dates (medjool work best)

Recipe

  1. Roughly chop the chocolate into small chunks. Melt in the microwave for 30/40 seconds depending on microwave settings.

  2. In a high speed blender combine Milk 2.0 Chocco milk, water and dates until all are well combined

  3. Add the melted chocolate and blend again until well combined

  4. Pour into small bowls or jars. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

  5. Top with desired toppings i.e. strawberries, cacao nibs, nuts, seeds etc.

These chocolate pots will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days
